Kim Christmas has over 20 years of employee benefits and human resources experience. As PharmaCentra’s Vice President of Human Resources and Community Relations, Kim directs all of the people functions of the company, including strategic planning to provide the best people talent available and to position the company to be the employer of choice in Sumter County and surrounding areas.


Kim is active in the community, serving on the boards of Books for Sumter Children, the Sumter County Chamber of Commerce and the Sumter Historic Trust, as well as serving as Chairperson of the Americus Main Street Organization Committee.


She graduated from Eckerd College with a Bachelor of Arts (with honors) degree, with a Business Management major and Finance focus and a minor in International Business.
