Dr. Frank Berenson attended college at the University of North Carolina and the University of Georgia. He subsequently received his medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia and completed a pediatric residency there.
Following this, he completed a pediatric neurology fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation in Cleveland, Ohio and went on to practice at Case Western Reserve University and Rainbow Babies and Childrens Hospital as an Assistant Professor of Child Neurology. Dr. Berenson has been living in the Atlanta area with his family and practicing child neurology here for almost 20 years.
Dr. Berenson is board certified in Child Neurology and Pediatrics. He is also one of only two people in the state of Georgia boarded in Headache Medicine. He has been actively involved in the care of neonates at Northside Hospital since his arrival in Atlanta. His professional interests include neonatal neurology, headache medicine, epilepsy and neurophysiology, neuromuscular disease and behavioral neurology. Dr. Berenson has also been involved in numerous clinical trials and drug studies related to the treatment of headache disorders, epilepsy, Tourette’s Syndrome and ADHD. He is excited to continue his medical practice at PANDA Neurology and Atlanta Headache Specialists.
